Lauren Lyons will join the faculty, starting Fall 2024. Lauren works in ethics, social and political philosophy, philosophy of law, and their intersection. Their current research projects adopt a non-ideal theoretical approach to the philosophy of criminal law and explores how to design criminal legal institutions in light of institutional failures and background injustice.
